- Your business location

- How many people need CPR skills checks
- What type of certification you will need (healthcare provider or non-healthcare provider)

- 3 dates that could possibly work for you for the skills check (I often recommend after work hours, or during a lunch break for private businesses)

Complete the online portion of the CPR education. You will receive a link to the correct online learning portion when I reply to your initial email. Each person needs to complete the online learning prior to completing a skills check.
